Where to Eat at the O2

The O2 has the second highest seating capacity of any indoor venue in the UK of 20,000 people and hosts the likes of Kevin Hart, Arctic Monkeys, Britney Spears and much more. If you are in London for the weekend and heading to the O2 arena, whether it’s for a Taylor swift concert or Jack Whitehall Comedy show, or just strolling along the Thames in the area, take a look at our top 5 restaurants for where to eat near the O2 to make your trip the perfect one.

Peninsula

Located on the second floor of the Intercontinental Hotel, take your special someone for a premium dining experience at the Peninsula restaurant right by the O2 arena. Choose from the award winning a la carte or set menu or catch the early dinner menu between 5.30pm to 6.30pm Mon-Fri. Take in the spectacular views of Canary Wharf and the River Thames whilst sharing a bottle of a carefully selected wine to complete your dining experience.

Bryon

Watch the chefs flipping patties through the open kitchen in this american style North Greenwich restaurant serving juicy hamburgers with beef sourced from Scotland in delicious squishy buns. Their inclusive menu offers great choices for kids, vegetarian and a magnificent vegan option of a beetroot falafel burger with baby kale, smashed avo, lime dressed rainbow slaw and more. Free wifi, great prices, delicious burgers, what more could you want at a London O2 restaurant?!

Craft London

Situated just outside the entrance of the O2 arena is one of Greenwich’s finest British restaurants offering an a la carte menu or short or long tasting menus for those who want a more culinary adventure. It is a project by Stevie Parle and Tom Dixon who have collaborated with modern expects to create innovative dishes using almost exclusively British produce. Their signature dish is the infamous 72-hour clay-baked duck, available on request, a must-have in our opinion. If you aren’t hungry but still fancy checking out this stunning restaurant then you have to take a seat at their 360-degree rooftop cocktail bar and take it all in with a refreshing margarita or craft beer.

Top tip: Check out their weekly ‘Test Kitchen Tuesday’ menu for some surprising treats.
